Who doesn’t want to have a round, peachy, toned booty. This workout will help you achieve just that! All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a mat. I did include some of the more traditional exercises, but took it up a notch, and of corse made it a little more challenging. No challenge, no results. Let’s do it together!
